Right to Refund


To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:


- You must initiate the refund request within 2 days of receiving the artwork.

- Artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.

- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.


Recovery Process


To request a refund, follow these steps:


- Contact our customer service department at within 2 days of receiving the artwork.

- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.

- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with an address to return the item to.


Returning the Shipment


You bear the costs of returning the product. We recommend using a shipment tracking method to ensure that the painting returns reliably to us. Returned artwork must be well packaged to prevent damage in transit.


Inspection and Approval


Once we receive the returned artwork, we will check it to make sure it meets the above eligibility criteria for a refund. If the artwork is approved, we will process your refund within 2 days.


Damaged or Defective Artwork


If you receive damaged or defective artwork, please contact us immediately and provide photographic proof of the problem. We will contact you to arrange a return, exchange or refund as appropriate.
